    2. After 12 hours<\/strong>: Orders that have passed this period are no longer eligible for cancellation, as they will already be in processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Important Return Guidelines:<\/h3>\n

        • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.<\/li>\n
        • You must notify us within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt (based on tracking information) if there is an issue with the goods.<\/li>\n
        • If more than 14 days <\/strong>have passed since receiving your goods, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Condition for Returns:<\/h3>\n

          • Your Good<\/strong> must be unused<\/strong>, and returned in its original packaging <\/strong>to be eligible for a return. All protective labels, and accessories (if any) must be intact and included.<\/li>\n
          • Goods <\/strong>that show signs of use or alterations<\/strong> will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \nWe are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using an insured, trackable service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.<\/p>\n

            Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please reach out to our support team to arrange an alternative.<\/p>\n

            Once the returned goods are received (if return conditions are met), your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.<\/strong> Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days <\/strong>for the refund to appear in your account.<\/p>\n
